What you'll do
Escape for a weekend from your routine and enjoy a high quality time in an amazing location in Muotathal, hidden away from the city.

Join our yoga weekend to recharge your body and mind!

By the end of this break, you will be regenerated, have a deeper understanding and appreciation of the mountains, have learned how to strengthen your yoga practice, and make new like-minded friends!

This retreat will be focused on daily yoga practices. Together with your yoga teacher you will explore Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as breathing techniques which could help ignite your inner strength, find your balance, and bring you to the next level of self-love and self-understanding. At the end of our yoga lessons, you will experience some of the most effective and relaxing meditation practices, body scan, loving-kindness meditation and progressive relaxation.
Outside of the practice, you will have time to enjoy the nature and explore what the magical Switzerland is all about.


DAY 1 - Friday

- 17:30 Meeting your yoga teacher at the Mountain lodge
- Hatha yoga session and progressive relaxation before dinner (60 minutes)
- Dinner

DAY 2 - Saturday
- Morning yoga flow session and body scan meditation before breakfast (60 minutes)
- Breakfast
- After breakfast you have some time to relax or explore the mountains with hiking
- In the afternoon you can use the sauna
- Hatha yoga session with renewable energy practice before dinner (60 minutes)
- Dinner

DAY 3 - Sunday
- Morning yoga flow session and loving-kindness meditation before breakfast (60 minutes)
- Breakfast
- After breakfast you can check-out and visit the local village
- Independent departures or more hiking opportunities before heading home

The Mountain lodge itself is in a unique location making the entire weekend magical. The Yoga teacher has more than 10 years of professional experience and she will be happy to share her experience and answer all your questions. You can explore the mountains and meet new friends.

- 2 Nights Accommodation in a shared room.
- Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday.
- Dinners on Friday and Saturday.
- Yoga Teacher.
- 4 yoga lessons of 60 minutes each

- Transportation
- Lunch on Saturday.
- Items of personal use

Compulsory equipment
- Comfortable hiking/tennis shoes
- Small backpack for personal use
- Yoga mat
- Refillable water bottle

The Yoga Retreat is with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants.

For hygienic reasons, everyone should bring his/her own yoga mat.
